Sarah has been dedicated to helping those in need and giving back in the community since she was a *tween* growing up in New York. Her Dad, church and local Rotary club instilled a strong sense of self and giving in her heart. She believes in paying it forward, and has found such fulfillment in donating her time and energies to children’s and local charities and to hopefully finding a cure for cancer.
Throughout the year, Sarah donates her photography services to benefit a variety of causes such as Autism Speaks, the American Cancer Society, the Center for Women & Families and Operation Hope, through silent auctions and fundraisers locally in Fairfield County and also within New York City. Sarah volunteers as a photographer for the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Foundation which documents too short of a life, and honors a child’s legacy in our area hospitals. She is also a volunteer for the Wish Upon A Wedding organization that provides weddings and vow renewals to couples facing terminal illness or other serious life-altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation.
