Weddings
Our wedding coverage starts at $3500 and lasts 8 hours or more. We require a $500 retainer (deposit) and a signed contract to book your date with us. If you like what you see during our consultation or even online, and if you feel that “connection” then hire us! Sarah always recommends that you go with your gut instinct as the photographer is someone whom you should like and want to work with long after your wedding or that initial job. Finding someone who is a good match with your personality and who you will have fun working with is key! Isn’t is so nice when you find someone who you trust completely and who you respect immensely? We think so, and it sure makes a difference. That’s why 9 out of 10 clients will book us on the spot or shortly after their initial consultation. That other 10%, well it really doesn’t offend us if they decide to go elsewhere. There are plenty of great photographers out there and we are friends with lots of them!! Someone who’s style might be a bit different or a bit more edgy or super formal and traditional? Or perhaps you require that extra attention because you are quite the diva and you thought we were a bit too relaxed for you? No problem, and we can always direct you to the right people within our photographer and vendor network.
Portraits
Our portrait session fee starts at $250, due at the time of booking. Session fees cover the photographer’s time and talent, post-production after the shoot and processing of your images in a private online gallery. The session fee is non-refundable, however, in the event that you need to reschedule your session due to inclement weather or illness we will do our best to accommodate you. Once the images are posted for you to preview and share, you will have a short window of time in which you can view and order the photos through our secure shopping cart.

Plus, we’ve always believed in offering the digital files from our sessions. Digital files allow our clients the most freedom in sharing their images and have long-lasting archival benefits. Afterglow Photos offers a few different options for digital files: 1) single image downloads, 2) low-res image files, and 3) high-res image files on disc.
